still getting dehydrating

Can you say hyponatremia? Seriously, a gallon of water a day? That was a “health” challenge at the office a while back.

One thing leads to another……

I would absolutely hang out with the Golden Vatos if they’d let me.

A guy I know is a sports doctor and he helps out at the S.F. Bay to Breakers run. He has never had to treat someone for dehydration, but hyponatremia from drinking too much water? Every year there’s a few.
