If/when Trump tanks the economy with his tariffs and mass deportation plans. The GOP at least won’t be able to blame the Democrats (not that they won’t try)! At least the latest vote counting seems to indicate that Trump didn’t win the popular vote after all, and didn’t beat Kamala by that much electorally. Plus, the coming GOP majority in the House got even slimmer with late recount Democratic wins in House races. Finally, Biden appointed a slew of Federal Judges (who can’t be fired by Trump since they’re lifetime appointments) that were confirmed by Senate Democrats (while many GOP Senators were at a Musk event) and Biden also appointed an ethics chairman for the next five years which the GOP Senate aren’t happy about since Trump now can’t appoint an ethics chairman. A little post-Black Friday good news.
The abortion ban is working exactly how it is intended to work. Before the fall of Roe women of color, black women especially were almost 3x more likely to die of pregnancy related complications. These restrictions are killing women, it will directly harm women of color more and black women especially, exactly as intended. They are being turned away, bleeding out, dying in the parking lot or at home.
The rebranding will bring joy to the 77 million people who voted for it. Many are eviljackal christians and they will be super joyed as the Heritage Foundation’s Project 2025 is implemented by the incoming convicted felon represident.
Once again yet again, it was NOT only liberals who voted against Traitor Trump. Conservatives with sense also did, and of course moderates such as myself. In all probability more of the people who didn’t vote would have voted against him than for him.
What’s even worse than Trump being president is the MAGA cultists walking around with an undeserved sense of accomplishment. “We fought hard for this” they whine. No you did not.
