Voting for a felon is truly a bad example for America.

Unfortunately, we’re going to have to live with the end result.

You forgot, serial liar, felon, rapist, pederast, common thief, and of course mass murderer for the million he let die from covid, and the deep cover intelligence agents, including the very valuable one in the Kremlin who had access to Putin’s office. By the time his term ends, many thousands more will also needlessly die, suffer, and be driven deeper into poverty and debt, so a bunch of already ridiculously wealthy scum can have just a tiny bit more and YOU can have a lot LESS! Let’s let someone who NEVER had a REAL JOB, done any REAL WORK, or struggled to pay both rent AND BILLS. Or ever bought his own groceries and worried about if he had enough money, tell you he understands your struggle when it’s clear all his real friends are billionaires he just gave powerful positions in agencies that make your lives better and SAFER, who want to destroy them because they were caught by that agency doing something ILLEGAL that would hurt consumers, the environment, or the health and safety of everyday folks like you and me. Someone who has lived in an insulated from day to day REALITY his ENTIRE LIFE and has no clue and does not care one whit about YOU or ME. All he wanted was YOUR VOTE, and like a rapist, now that he has gotten the ONLY thing he really wanted from you will discard you like TRASH!

Joe Biden said he wouldn’t pardon his son… before the election. He, like many of us assumed the country would vote for common sense and decency. Hunter would then have to do his probation, which in no means is total freedom.

But cruelty and division won the election. tRump will still use his newly gained power to harass and badger Hunter, but with the pardon he won’t do hard time for offenses that normally are handled by a probation officer. Since when were cons so adamant about upholding laws against guns, and tax evasion?

Joe is protecting his only remaining son from the upcoming sh!tstorm in the DOJ, and the cruelty soon to be unleashed on our country.

With tRumps promise to pardon the January 6 cop killers, Hunter’s crimes seem negligible.

Trump has always been a better campaigner than a President. What is keeping me going is that Trump made a lot of fumbles in his first term and I expect more of the same in his coming term. Although I hope and pray that we don’t get another pandemic during the second Trump term (much as I hate to admit it, if not for the Covid pandemic in the US, Trump might have gotten reelected in 2020), there is a really good chance that Trump will end up tanking the economy if he’s able to carry out his plans for tariffs and mass deportations. Should that happen, the Dems would need to bring their A game to drive up the vote nationwide in the 2026 midterms (not to mention next year’s off year elections, when a lot of state and local races will be held as well as the Governor’s races in NJ and VA) and see if they can’t recapture the House and/or Senate. They’ve been down for the count before (in 1988, 2004, 2016, etc.) but they regrouped and came back strongly. It could happen again.

I think the right is just mad the orange colon polyp hasn’t made Hunter an ambassador yet. They’re clearly ok with granting pardons to family members.

People forget that president Ford, Nixon’s chosen vice president, granted a “full, free, and absolute pardon” total pardon to Nixon.

Given that TFG has promised to weaponize the DOJ, I can see why Biden pardoned his son. I hope he pardons a whole lot of people TFG is planning to go after, although I don’t see what Cheney could even be charged with. But TFG says she should be jailed.

Yeah, don’t forget JB’s continuous nattering about everyone paying their fair share of taxes; and let’s get more gun control. Oh, and No One Is Above the Law!

the thing is, any Democrat who is upset about the pardon needs to go and be replaced by Semocrats who actually want to fight what is happening in this country. They’re the ones who think there is some mythical power in seeking bipartisanship instead of wielding power when they have it.

Anyone who believes anything the Rump says, deserves to be swindled. It is too bad that those who are honest and decent will also be hurt by his policies. I see his followers voted for him, because they think he will be better for the economy. A swindler, deadbeat, pathological liar, bankruptcy king, will be good for the economy??? I do not know about the rest of you, but I am looking for a way to avoid what might be a big market meltdown. Tariffs, loss of unskilled labor, I wait to see those jobs filled by old people on SS and the unemployed school dropouts.
