Autumn Roast Chicken
21/2 or 3lb broiler-fryer Chicken
1/2 cup Marg or butter, melted
1/4 cup lemon juice
2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons dried rosemary leaves crushed
1 cloved garlic, finely chopped
3 lbs winter squash, cut into 2 inch rings or slices
6 medium onions, cut into halves
….and in this case, with a side ’o crispy frog legs! Mmmm-mmmm GOOD!!
Has anyone bothered to ask the chicken for an opinion?
