All they had to do was use an inflammable gas like hydrogen or methane to inflate it then shoot it or even set fire to it to get the desired effect.… or use Foogas for a larger effect; One to impress the neighborhood.
My sister was doing a miniparody of Sexy and I Know it (LMFAO) called ‘Santa and I Know It’… During the wiggle part, he would be stuck in the chimney trying to get out!!!!
