Lio has many strange beings and acquaintances that he could send to remove those viruses most foul.

Would say the old line “Not by the hair of my chinny-chin-chin”, but both Lio and Dad (at least in today’s strip) are clean-shaven!

Mark Tatulli might be (note I said “might be”) over-doing the COVID jokes, of course, but to me he seems like another Walt Kelly. (High praise, and Mr. Tatulli earns it.) It would be irresponsible NOT to take real life into account in a comic strip. And a GLOBAL PANDEMIC counts as real life, doesn’t it?

Well, ALL deaths are due to heart failure, so guess any other cause of death is just “fake news”…

It’s kinda weird that depictions of the Covid virus look a lot like the pomander balls (cloves poked into the entire surface of an orange used to scent a room) my ex used to make.

I think this whole Covid thing has gone viral.
