    It’s actually a smart business model. They don’t profit from selling pogo sticks, they profit from charging people for roof repairs.

    Missed the opportunity to add a “POING” efx to that last panel a la Don Martin — who first used the POING for a pogo stick (actually POING POING POING) in MAD #67, Dec. 1961, “The Pogo Stick Incident.” Credit to Doug Gilford’s Mad Cover Site.
