I read somewhere, possibly in “The Omnivore’s Dilemma”, that bovine emissions are lessened when cattle eat their natural diet (grasses) rather than grains.
Clearly a crack at owners of SUV’s who have a twinge of guilt at their destructiveness, but if they wait, the twinge goes away.
