If there is such rush hour in this “bad lands” area, then Little Dog would have been taken away by the dog catcher while ago.
You know if that dog had any smarts at all, He would cross the road in the late night/ early morning hours when there would be hardly any cars at all on the road. But then dogs where never bred for brains anyway.
