I still feel sorry for LDL. It’s one of the very few pleasures he’s had while being homeless, and now he’s lost that. He doesn’t understand that his family (tortoise) was just looking out for him. Even though there’s humor injected into this strip now and again, and the artwork is extremely well done, it is so very sad, generally. Yet…I keep reading it.
Shika we don’t know he’s not going to get sick, but I sure hope he doesn’t! Some dogs can eat chocolate. Once our Charlie Girl lab/beagle mix, somehow climbed up where the Easter baskets were hidden and ate a HUGE amount of chocolate candies. Never even phased her!
