Seriously chocolate is really not good for dogs.

Opt for the tuna, LD. It’s not like you will be eating some everyday.

I had a 5 pound box of Godiva chocolate that my roommate’s labrador got into and scarfed down. The dog was fine – but he was over 100 pounds. Now when he got into the bunny food… he was not happy for a few days… bloated and uncomfortable – took about 3 days to poop that out. :P

I read (in Reader’s Digest, I think it was) that contrary to popular myth, chocolate is not poisonous to dogs. It is not, however, any good for them what with sugar and caffeine. My wife would argue that giving chocolate to a dog is a sin or at least a waste!

Now certain veggies, like asparagus, are quite poisonous to dogs (even deadly), but you would probably never be able to convince one to eat any.
