Sklar, huh? That was the name of a dentist I went to a few times as a little kid. I liked him because his name was fun to say. One day a different dentist worked on me and I threw a hissy fit that had me whining “I want Doctor Sklar!”

The hting is, I didn’t even know what he looked like, thanks to the face mask and all, as well as my general inattention to detail. It’s kind of surprising I didn’t just assume this dentist was Doctor Sklar.

I have several friends who consider anything printed on paper as already out-of-date. We had a fun discussion once about that, when she was asked to read a historical document on paper. “But it’s already OLD!” Oh, well.

He’s bad, he just assumed you could read.

Yes, it’s a novel concept we’re trying.

We all have to make sacrifices.
