When I worked in retail, I hated when someone would come up to me looking for something they didn’t know the name of and weren’t exactly sure what it was used for because they were going to use it for something else and it was about this big and maybe made of plastic or something and came in lots of colors. They expected me to know what they were talking about and where it was – after all, I was the retail expert.
