He’s an adult at 12 years of age? Sheesh.

I gave my then 12 year old my old smartphone, but didn’t turn on the service. She can message her friends as long as there’s wifi but mostly she plays games and listens to music.

It’s not a good argument on his part – his dad can turn it around and say, “You’ll be an adult when you’re 18 and not before, so now you’ll have to wait 6 years to get a smart phone”…
