Years ago I stopped at the gate to report a military vehicle that was broke down on the side of the road without a guard. The PFC taking my statement had my ID card so while he was entering everything into the form (this was almost 20 years ago) the sargaent and I where talking. The kid looks up and says, “I need your weight Ma’am”. I told him it’s on the card. He replies, “Your real weight”. I jokingly Gibbs-smacked his head. The sarge started laughing and said, “You deserved that man. Never ask a woman her age or her weight”. The kid-almost in tears-says, “Um it’s an official form I really do need your real weight”. I sent my daughters outside so those heathens wouldn’t know & whispered it into his ear. Said heathens were outside the window trying to see, but the PFC kept his hand blocking their view. They finally stopped putting weight on the cards. I guess the government realized everyone lies on their card. Women lie by giving themselves a lower weight, while men usually add an inch to their height.
What I’m curious about are the hair color entries. One of my daughters’ friends dyes her hair at least every few months. I’ve seen her brunette, auburn, blue, purple, blonde and pink. My hairdresser jokes that’s she’s been dying her own hair for so long that she has no clue what color in would be now. Then there are the shade differences. I am a strawberry-blonde. On my license it says “red”. It says red for all 4 of us. My youngest daughter’s hair has more blonde in her strawberry-blonde. As I get older my hair is getting darker. Meanwhile my older daughter has the auburn like her father, but he also has grey and straight up black-not brown strands. 4 redheads with 4 different shades of red-none of which are the brassy, copper red most people think of.

“Driver’s license weight”? Why would that be a problem? How heavy can one driver’s license be?

Some states have removed weight from their DLs.

Lie about the weight. The license only shows your face anyway.
