At 82 my grandmother had her license revoked. We lived in a small town and she got 24 tickets for speeding and running the only traffic light in town.
Keep her out of Philly.those drivers play rough and she’ll hurt somebody.

Ask for deferred adjudication and ask if his Honor will allow you to take a defensive driving class.
I’m surprised he doesn’t dismiss it just to make her shut up and leave.
