I don’t remember ever having problems climbing down from a tree. If I could climb up, I knew I could climb down. That doesn’t mean it didn’t happen. It just means I don’t remember. :o) I used to climb trees all the time. I remember how excited I was when I got tall enough to grab the bottom branch of a large chestnut oak in our front yard. The limb was about 5 ft. above the ground and I was so proud of myself for grabbing it and pulling myself up into the tree. I also remember my mom climbing a tree in our backyard when I was about 13-14. She was teaching our monkey how to climb trees (he was less than a year old). But she cheated. She used a ladder to get up to the first branch. But then, she was almost 40. LOL
