I vote yes.

So Pond Scum and Duck Poo both voted for an upgrade.

A definite upgrade if he’s that smelly.

So Cecil has to choose between trouble with Lola and Etta on one hand, and the BWM on the other.

Ah yes, the new fragrance, Ode de Pepé Le Pew.

The ducks would probably object.

Lola and Etta can move to another bench but Cecil would undoubtedly follow

All the fish would die.

poor Cecil, just because your sense of smell is getting weaker doesn’t mean the smell of your cologne is.

So it’s either the upgrade odor the downgrade.
