Some do.

If it’s during the summer, they don’t hibernate, they aestivate. (I learned that word decades ago and have now finally had a chance to use it.)

As the daughter of a teacher, I knew what they did during the summer. :o)

My nuns may well have. But when my parents had to go into a home for the aged, some of the nuns who were caring for them were ones I had in elementary school.

There’s that commercial where the kids see their teacher getting off a motorcycle. Whoa!

I can relate. When I was a teacher, I ran into a student and his mother in the grocery store, and he looked like he was shocked to see me doing something that normal people do.
