Sounds like DAMARK. I had a simple request for an exchange because the movie passes they sold me were expired. After listening all the foo doo about signing up for identiy theft protection I pressed the number to by pass. Then I get a message that said due to the call volumne please call back between 2:30 AM and 4:30 AM. When I called back at the designated time I get the same B.S. Thank God for AMEX.
