The real tragedy is that everyone in this row of the cemetery was wiped out at a chess tournament when an overexcited opponent cried “Check!!!” and, with much too much enthusiasm, knocked the decedent’s queen off the board and onto the floor, which caused the inventor to fall directly on her friend, who then fell on a chess player at another table, whose fall then caused an elderly gentlemen to topple over, which then . . . well, just be assured that it’s a very long and very sad story that ultimately resulted in several “special orders” at the monument company.
