I use to go to a Mexican Restaurant in Raleigh, NC. I would tell people that the only way it could be more authentic would be to have live chickens in the kitchen!
Speaking of hares, I’m going to have to get one of those bush cameras and set it up in the front of my house. I see fresh jackrabbit tracks in the snow every morning, but have yet to actually set eyes on one. I know they’re white at this time of year, but I’d like to get a glimpse of one.
