Reminds me of a tale I heard as a child. The man who gave away his coat when he first saw a robin. Then he froze when the weather changed. That’s the basic premise. I’m talking about 50 years ago; I’m pleased that I remember that much :)
I wish! Here in Hoosierland (or at least an unlucky strip of it) we’re expecting a band of 5-8 in. of snow to fall sometime Saturday.
We’re having winter in March instead of in January-February where it belongs. Now get offa my lawn!
At least he’s not in a speedo
Is it merely the remnants of a lost limb, or is that a smile I see on that tree?
Beautiful, detailed artwork! Kudos Dan Collins!
We go through a mucky muddy phase long before we get to see any flowers, sadly.
Love the detail on today’s cartoon ( including little Dan heading for the fishin’ hole ).
For all you folks still freezing your tushes off, it’s 10:30am and a comfortable 77 degrees F. down here.
One thing about where I live, there’s not a lot of weather change , year round. But believe me, I don’t mind the monotony of comfortable climate.
March madness.

I wouldn’t stray too far from that snow gear, not just yet. :)
