If they’re the kind of Harley riders who take the baffles out of their muffler, I would encourage them to keep on riding another 20 yards for an even better view!
Back in the 70’s I often rode to work on a motorcycle, my route took by an overlook like that. It was usually about 6:00 am or so, and a lone rider would be stopped there looking out over Subic Bay. I often though as I passed him by, it was probably the only peaceful moment of his work day. I occasionally stopped there also, but usually at the end of the work day, which was sometimes near sundown.

I have been to places like that…on my motorcycle of course.
The scene does remind me of Skyline Drive in Virginia and another spot on the Cabot Trail on Cape Breton Island, Nova Scotia.
