Black and burned areas of your food is not good for you. I’m an habitual recipe collector. I have an extension in my browser that lets me get complete recipes from web pages as I peruse cooking sites (see Paprika Recipe Manager). It concerns me that many top-drawer sites are showing burned places on their prepared items – even baked sweet goods! PS: Paprika also has the software for mobile devices. I always have my phone with me when I shop, and if I see a great price on an acorn squash, I can find all of the recipes with that as an ingredient, in Paprika, on my phone ;-)
