My kids learned how to do laundry when they were 11. That was one of the rotating chores. When they were all teens, each of them became responsible for doing their own clothes. I found with four teens in the house, it was less confusing (prior to that clothes kept ending up in the wrong closets, and keeping socks and underwear straight had become impossible!)

I don’t understand why it’s so hard for some people to put their clothes in the hamper. I’ve been doing it all my life!
