Amusingly, you can do that playing Wii bowling – let go of the ball on the back swing and the audience will jump out of the way.

I had the same problem at her age, which made my bowling even worse!

Several years ago I had that happen. Fortunately I didn’t hurt anyone behind me.

You need a lighter ball until your grip improves. You definitely don’t want one where your fingers will get stuck.
