At least she had some nerve back then.

In panel 3 Luann has the same smile that Brad had when he tried to convince Frank to buy the perfume he shoplifted from the department store for Diane. A hopeful look but also one that knows things are not likely going to go the way they want!

These two are supposed to be her friends. At least that’s what I thought.

She’s wearing a bikini. She’s going to get wet. Isn’t that what usually happens when women wear bikinis?

It’s gonna rain on Luann’s parade! :D

Silver lining: less people roaming the streets in this weather.
