Alright… Just calm down and focus. Don’t think of her as your friend. Pretend that it you are back in CPR class practicing on that doll.
Stick to your training and focus on the next step. If you get out of focus then re-focus and continue.
Try to relax. I know it’s hard but if you don’t you don’t, you wont help her…
