Luann is in an awful state, without good options as she sees it. Gunther should get over his nervousness about Rosa and follow his own advice.

Luann was so free with advice for Gunther, maybe now she’ll take some from him. Luann’s gameplan was so stupid, it didn’t take him more than a second to see the flaws. I doubt that he’ll follow suit with Rosa.

Okay – bets on next week. Will Luann step it up a notch with Quill? Will Tiffany be Zeye in the movie? Will Brad become the WW employee of the week by pleasing his manager? All these questions answered in “As The Stomach Turns”

Nice to see a real male/female friendship develop between Luann and Gunther. They are both growing up to be nice people.

I recognize Luann’s problem, she has an unerring capacity for choosing the transient boyfriend. Just like I have an unerring capacity for choosing “one and done” jobs.

You are so right. And let me offer some more advice, if I a may. If not, ignore me. The family does. 1) Being single is not nearly as hellish as being tied to someone just to avoid being alone. 2) Find a cause you love and volunteer. You may or may not meet a soul-mate, but you will feel as if you’ve made a diffrence in the world. And that is pretty darn close to heaven.

I raised two teens and I really don’t think they talk like this – with this kind of depth. They are more “living for today” creatures until they are probably in their mid-twenties before they think about things, their decisions, their choices, etc. Perhaps Greg’s children were unique teens and they were his models for Luann and company?
