I tried Wheatena once. I was not pleased.
healthy enough, that in 2 hours, you will be sprinting to the toilet. it can’t be all artificial and fat.
Just add some fruit and brown sugar.Then it becomes a treat.

How to make oatmeal better: 1. Pick up bowl 2. Walk to door 3. Open door 4. Toss bowl into trashcan 4. Close door 5. Make a BLT.
I always liked oatmeal. And Cream of Wheat. Done right they can be tasty. No, I didn’t like the Wheatena, and I can understand some folks not liking warm mushiness to start their day. It’s missing everything that makes bacon so tempting.

Speaking of grains for b’fast, nothing beats grits with eggs and red eye gravy.
That hits home. Three mornings a week, I have steel cut oatmeal mixed with wheat bran and ground flax seed. I am very regular, needless to say.
Does Kashi make anything with Crunchberries? I didn’t think so. So much for Kashi.
