I know caffeine is not good for dogs, but a little bit won’t hurt. Had a mini dachsie who loved Pepsi. When DH and I were working on something low, with a glass on the floor, or in the car with a cup on the floor, he would help himself. He didn’t like ice cubes, so he would take them out and throw them on the floor, then lap away! We were usually too busy laughing to stop him right away. He lived to a ripe old age.

You should have kept the old sofa just for Marmaduke to use, Phil!

The dogs are given coffee? Not a good idea.

Did Phil ACTUALLY try to say “Don’t get on the sofa”?

But the sofas are so comfy! How is Marm supposed to resist?

When Marmaduke breaks in a sofa, he really breaks in a sofa!

Side story reminds me of Mr. Bo Jangles who used to love to drink coffee out of my hubbby’s cup

Decaf coffee is safe for dogs. But if you’re going to give him decaf, limit it to a small amount. There still is some caffeine in a decaf coffee!
