Hard enough having a waist leash w/o wearing a neck one! Nope! One pull and he’s history.

If cats could walk their owners, there’d be a lot of it going on! I am one of those who just love my cat enough to give in to having her walk me. It’s just something a cat owner (like me) would give in to (stupidly, I know!)

Marm and Phil are definitely bored!
