Poor Marmaduke. He tries to be good; not very hard, but he tries.

Well it’s like family, so follows the rule for kids. My wonderful boy, your $!#% boy.

My wife and I always refer to our offspring as “our”, never “your” child or children. I can see that it could apply to blended families.

How can you not forgive that lovable pooch with that sorrowful look!

Ego.

I don’t know, the same thing happens with children.

It could be the same with one of the kids.
