That’s right, nighthawks. The characters are almost always drawn in 3/4 view. Every once in a while we through in a profile to shake things up. You’ve never seen their full faces, though. I remember the first time I saw Stewey from “Family Guy” in profile. It was very odd.

I’m kind of lost as to who the new guy is - I seem to remember seeing him before but can’t place him.
As to physical activity in January - unless it’s skiing or hockey, I’m with Boyd.
