Lamberger: s a Christian, I fully support the “humanistic” First Amendment. Either you are trying to divert the discussion or have not been paying attention to what state governments are doing. Arizona got a small defeat (because of Mammon being the state religion, not a consideration of equality and justice), but an override is still theoretically possible. Georgia is currently going full blast to permit one religion to force its cult on everyone. Liberty and justice for all – or for no one. We have been down Jim Crow’s path before and it didn’t work.
