Well some of them aren’t too bad, altho Whole Foods is now carrying a brand of pies and cupcakes that are horrible, Had to throw away a rhubarb/strawberry pie, Husband wouldn’t even eat it and he eats anything!Shame on them.To any one contemplating a gluten free diet when you don’t have to: It is a very unhealthy way of living. I have to constantly try and get whole grains and all ready made foods are high in fat and sugar. (to make them tste ‘good"). I skirt anemia all the time, And rarely eat out, I have about 5 “safe” places to eat, where I can trust them, Here in SW Washington we have Corbett’s Fish House, completely gluten free, Yay!Upside? Haven’t had fast food in 25 years!
