At that size it would have to be fetus, which would also be alliterative.
The pregnant mother is the one speaking, I think she is telling the other woman that she is pregnant and that her embryo just friended “us” (as in the very pregnant mother and baby). Not sure though. Just my initial thought.
…Embryo is funnier than fetus…but fetus would probably be the more corect term if this wasn’t a cartoon…
…or…
…she shares her embryos with other couples..they become fetuses(sp) ,then babies..then texting childen……
