Klingon is taught by the Dept. of Defense. I think the alQaeda were thaught to be using Klingon in their communiques at one time.
Around 15 years ago teenagers learned HTML and CSS so that they could post interesting Web pages. Now, with Facebook etc. they are all the same.
After texting and Twitter, there should be lessons on how to elaborate in English.
