My best guess is that if you were old enough to drink coffee before 2010, you’re now old enough to have worries that’ll make you lose sleep. But I’m pretty sure that’s not the intended joke.
Not sure what she is talking about either. Hot coffee before bed relaxes me, cold coffee keeps me awake. Both make me have to use the rest room. At least with hot coffee I get an hr’s sleep before waking up.

I think she is talking about not drinking coffee after 10 pm. Maybe she is so sleep-deprived that she is almost incoherent.
