Well did you at least snore in tune?
Been there!Played trumpet for the local symphony; some things played without trumpets until end of piece….
Come to think of it, the double bass CAN sound a lot like snoring. (In the final movement of Beethoven’s Fifth, see if you can hear the wonderful up and down run by the basses. I hear it now only after having first seen it in a score.)
You get sleep when and where you can.
