We’ll get used to it. Remember how people howled when we had to start using seatbelts? Or insisting they COULD SO smoke in the store?

The new normal: people have responsibility for the well being of other people.

I think I read about this concept in a book somewhere. It quoted some Jewish trouble maker, “Love thy neighbor as thyself.”

Hey, maybe the concept isn’t so new after all. It also shows up in the Quran and several other ancient texts.

From the many very encouraging and entertaining news reports about children taking action to convince people to wear masks and protect themselves, it appears many youngsters take cv-19 more seriously than so-called adults. They’re already ahead of most of us. Prayers for everyone of them.

Bravo, Dani Rice! But I HOPE that COVID doesn’t last as long as the years since those laws were enacted. But maybe I’m only a dreamer, a cockeyed optimist.

Every schoolchild knows (in Nazi Germany, that is) that it costs the State more to take care of the sick and the elderly than other people. Covid-19 also affects the poor: another drain on the state. Therefore it’s a good thing for the economy to let them die. As an additional benefit, since Covid-19 disproportionately affects people of color, it is a good tool to purify the race. It’s called Eugenics 101. – MAGA

Trump has lied so often that it is literally beyond human comprehension and we now have to rely on a database to keep track of them all. The most recent count is over 22,000 lies but researchers admit that due to the sheer volume of his lies, they are about two months behind in data entry. The real count is probably more like 25,000 or more now that the campaign is in full swing.

Trump lies, on average, 50 times a day with a peak of 189 times on a single day.

I do not have access to the raw data. Of the 25,000 lies, I don’t know how many are unique lies and how many are “perpetual” lies that he repeats over and over.
