Its just like how John Godey wrote that novel about a train being hijacked. and next thing you know… they made a film about the very same story. Spooky

Simpsonfan said “… maybe most of the people who went down when the Titanic sank had already beamed out.”

But if that were so, we’d have time travel now.

Richard R may or may not be saying the same thing… It doesn’t matter when it’s invented….once we have it, in a way, we will have always had it…

i.e. if anyone is ever meant to discover it, eventually, someone will come to our times, and to every era…there will be rules but they’ll be broken…history-changing, interference, interbreeding…. all will occur….so they would have occurred by now….but they haven’t…. which means they won’t.Sigh…

So, was Robertson a Time Traveler? —Just a coincidence, you say? Which is harder to believe for the enquiring scientific mind?

What can we learn from this – reading books is a good thing. But what else can we learn from this – even if people read said books they wont actually learn a damn thing (considering people could read Hitlers every plan in his book Mein Kampf…).

In 1892, six years before Robertson wrote his book, the White Star Line told the New York Times that they were planning a new line of ships of the type described by Robertson, and that the first one might be named “Gigantic”.

Well, I say that our continued existence is proof that we will break the time barrier. That way when the alien armada arrives we will use time travel to acquire the weaponry needed to be them after we’ve beaten them and developed the weaponry. Or at the worst case scenario going back to wipe out the opposing race before they acquire space travel.

I also plan on opening a business that holds and delivers messages for time travelers to themselves. I don’t have the facilities to do so yet, but I’ll start operations when the first time traveler brings me a message for me to bring them in the future, ie. predestination paradox kickstarter.
