    Being a non-native speaker, the word ‘eject’ reminds me of how I first learned it: cassette players. Or Kitt’s eject button to get rid of the dangerous passenger. Two giveaways about my age.

    I’m with Mr Nobody. Vomit is all about ejecting, but not necessarily as foam, and spurt is ejecting, but generally as a jet or stream. Spume as a noun is the foam on a wave, and as a verb is to eject foam similar to that on the wave. Also, that’s a common cross-word puzzle clue for “spume”.

    I automatically thought of F R O T H.n. collection of small bubble, foam.Cause to foam; throw up foam.
