Sedgwick is trying to find himself, and realized he’s not super hero material, what next?

We never hear about cost or billing for services rendered. An insurance or car mechanic’s group would be able to develop a standard billing code, hours, and rate book.

I remember way back when super heroes were the good guys and didn’t have to have dark back stories.

Wow. That’s the storyline from the new Batman movie.

Which was excellent, by the way.

With great power comes a long line of those who need help.

Yeah, you still have the “ridiculously rich” super-power but using that is such a hassle, right?

He could have given the powers to some loyal employees and payed them to take on disasters like that, gaining good PR and going down in history as the billionaire who saved the world by inventing the superhero…then again I’m sure he just realized that if he gave the powers to anyone who had any kind of proper moral sense they’d use it to destroy him for the good of the world, and if he gave it to someone with the same ideology as him then they’d ALSO destroy him so they could take the world for themselves, so his choices were either personal responsibility or suppression, and well, we all know what choice a billionaire would make.

He should have thrown the costume in a trash can and walked away, with “Super-Sedgwick No More” in large font above him.

It is fashionable these days for superheroes to retire, turning their backs on a World of Hurt.

Still, Sedgie may be a tad more cynical than is really necessary….
