What’s the matter Grimm. Can’t reach the light switch.

There won’t be any prowlers in a scary place like that!

That’s a bright idea.

And me thought doggies sees well in dark.

I’d wait for morning, too.

Reminds me of that creaky old joke:

“What are you looking for?”

“My keys.”

“Where did you lose them?”

“Over there.”

“Then, why are you looking here?”

“The light’s better here…”

In the house I grew up in, there was a switch at the top of the basement stairs for a light just over the stairs. Then there was a long dark scary amount of basement to get to the switch for the rest of it. I just knew some horrible monster was going to get me before I could make it to that next switch.

Why aren’t Mr. Peters’s editorial comics showing up on GoComics yet? They were supposed to switch over on January 1st.
