The best way is to give bad directions so they’ll go in a circle and run out of gas right back here. Say something like, “Go over the bridge that used to be painted silver and turn left at Ed Feeney’s place.”
Looking at panels 6 and 7, I’d say Jeff knows how to get to Utopia. 8)
Actually, I think the punch line is that the people in the car are crazy (unless there’s a town somewhere called Utopia).
