davidf42, I think you mean panel 7. There is nothing funny about panel 4.
I remember when trucks all had either a chain or a leather strap dragging on the ground, but the explanation I heard was for static, not lightning. Gweedo may have a point about artificial rubber, but I’d like some confirmation before believing it.
