“Guilty! Thirty days or 30 dollars!”
“Okay, Judge, I’ll take the 30 dollars!”
A weatherman was caught speeding;
He was brought before a judge.
“I’m giving you a ten-buck fine;
I hope you’ll bear no grudge.
”In obeying the speed limit
I hope you will not fail,
For next time you’re caught speeding
You’re going to go to jail.
“Now have you anything to say,
Though your heart is filled with sorrow?”
The weatherman stood up and said,
“Fine today, cooler tomorrow.”
