Am I the only one who thinks that Jeff looks like he’s wearing “Groucho glasses”?
It seems that Mutt and Jeff do not use contractions when they are speaking.
My mom stopped driving because her cataracts weren’t letting her see what traffic was doing. She had eye surgery and stopped driving because she could see what traffic was doing.
…compared to the traffic on the sidewalks…
